All orders are shipped within the United States. Because every item from The Olive Chapter is handcrafted and made-to-order, please allow time for your piece to be carefully created before shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Made-to-Order Notice
Every item in The Olive Chapter is handcrafted specifically for you. This means your order is not pulled from existing stock — it is made fresh with care after you place it. Please check each product listing for the current processing time.
Returns
We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, here is our return policy:
To initiate a return, please contact us at team@the-olive-chapter.madethis.app within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.
Custom orders are final sale. Because each custom piece is made uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. Please reach out before placing your order if you have any questions about the design or product.
